ABOUT FINE ART BY LISA
Lisa Srao is a Yorkshire-based contemporary artist working primarily with oil, acrylic, ink, and mixed media. Her practice explores emotion, spirituality, landscape, and identity through intuitive mark-making, rich texture, and layered surfaces. Painting is both a meditation and a form of self-inquiry for Srao, a space where she switches off from the external world and reconnects with her instinct and curiosity.
Before committing to art full time, Srao held senior roles in International Marketing and was an award-winning brand developer, building global visual identities and leading creative strategy at an international level. Despite professional success, her lifelong love for art remained central, ultimately drawing her back to painting as a full-time practice.
